We’re Polyspice Games, a small indie studio based in Copenhagen, but with our team spread across the globe — from South Africa to Denmark. We just released our first game, Bunny Bunker, on Steam — a charming little title we’ve poured our hearts into. Now we’re looking for a marketing and community wizard to help us get more players hopping into our world! We are currently meeting every Sunday morning CET time, since we are usually working in different timezones, and some of us have full time jobs to pay the bills.
Our 3-Month Goal
Over the next 3 months, we want to:
Sell 10+ copies per day during normal periods (and more during sales/discounts).
Reach 1000+ total sales.
Grow our Steam wishlists significantly.
We don’t just want posts — we want results, experiments, and clever campaigns that make people notice Bunny Bunker.
About the game
Bunny Bunker is a relaxing blend of base-building strategy and tower defence: gather wood, stone, and carrots by day, fortify your colony against nightly monster waves, and construct carrot-fuelled rockets to carry your bunnies off-world to escape before the colony is overrun by the monsters.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a hands-on role where you’ll figure out the best ways to get exposure and keep sales growing.

You’ll:

Create content & manage our social media (Bluesky, Instagram, TikTok, Discord, Reddit, etc.).
Reach out to influencers, streamers, and reviewers.

Set campaign goals and track progress.
Understand and leverage Steam’s marketing tools.
Keep good documentation so future campaigns can be repeated easily.
What We’re Looking For
Perfect written English (spoken accent is totally fine — clarity is what matters).
Strong ability to learn fast and adapt strategies.
Analytical mindset — you know how to measure success and act on it.
Creative thinking — you can find fresh, unexpected ways to get coverage.
Organized and able to make plans others can follow.
Bonus: Video creation skills (short-form videos, trailers, TikToks, etc.).
Nice to Have
Experience marketing indie games.
Knowledge of Steam’s ecosystem and algorithms.
Skills in social media content creation tools (Photoshop, Canva, etc.).
Why You’ll Like Working With Us
We’re a passionate, friendly team that loves making fun games.
You’ll have freedom to experiment and try new ideas.
If things go well, we’d love to keep working together on future projects — this isn’t just a one-off gig.
